1 lb. boneless chicken breast cut to bite size pieces
1 medium chopped onion
1 can refried beans
1 can sliced olives
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 package burrito sized flour tortillas
1 to 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese

In skillet cook chicken until all most done. Add onion and cook until done. Add the can of refried beans and olives heat until hot all the way through. Mix sour cream, soup and chilies. Mix 1/2 sour cream mixture with chicken and beans. Warm tortillas. Put chicken mixture in tortillas and wrap burrito style. Place in a sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan. Take left over mixture and put on top of enchiladas. Top with 1 to 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes.
