2 Packages Frozen Broccoli (Cooked and Drained)
1/2 Lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 Stick Margarine
48 Ritz Crackers, Crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese and butter over low heat. Put a layer of crushed crackers on bottom of buttered casserole dish. Add a layer of broccoli, then cheese. Repeat with crackers, broccoli and cheese; ending with a layer of crackers. Stick in the oven for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt through and for the crackers to get hot.

This recipe was given to my by my Aunt Colleen Tucker Barton. I have to make this every Thanksgiving for my husband who loves it.
