2 Large Ripe Tomatoes (cut into 8 wedges)
1 Red Onion (just a few thin sliced rings)
1 cup Large Spanish Olives
1 Can Heart of Palm (Sliced)
1 Small can of chick peas
1 small can of large pitted Black Olives sliced
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Italian Herbs
1/4 cup EVOO (first cold press)
3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
2 Heads Romaine Lettuce

In a 1 gallon Ziploc bag add all ingredients except Romaine Lettuce and Feta Cheese.
Chill in Fridge for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
In Large Salad bowl tear up Romaine lettuce. Add feta cheese to mixed ingredients in plastic bag. Shake it up and mix in with Romaine lettuce. Serve.

This is a favorite with all of our family and friends. The feta, heart of palm and olives is a great Florida/Mediterranean combination of flavors. Goes great with anything. If you invite me to your house for a meal, I am likely to bring this salad.
