1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 T Baking powder
3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
1 egg
3/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, sift dry ingredients togerther and blend into sugar mixture. Blend in bananas and nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake
350º for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
