2 C. scalded Milk
2 Packages active dry yeast
1/4 C. warm water
1 C. mashed potatoes
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. shortening
2 eggs beaten
7 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 C. chopped nuts (opt.)
1 C. raisons (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk to shortening, salt, sugar, potatoes, and eggs. Mix. Add yeast to water. Combine both. Add 3 cups flour, mix. Gradually add rest of flour. Do Not knead. Add raisins & nuts if desired. Mix. Place in refrigerator, let rise 2 - 3 hours or until double in size. Roll, add butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar as desired. Rise until double in size. Bake at 375º F. for 25 minutes
