4 Large Baking Potatoes
2/3 c. Margarine
2/3 c. Flour
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. White Pepper
6 c. Milk
1 1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/4 c. Sliced Green Onions
Bacon & Cheese to Top

Preheat oven to 350º Bake Potatoes for 65-75 minutes (or take the short cut and microwave them until they are still a little hard). Peel and cube.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Beat in pan until smooth, let the flour cook of for 3-5 minutes. Greadually add the milk (1 cup at a time, then blend well). Bring to a boil; cook and stire for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Whisk in sour cream. Stir in potatoes and green onions. Garnish with bacon and cheese.
