3 c. Sweet Potatoes
1/2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
pinch of salt

Butter Topping
1/3 c. flour
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. Melted Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Mix in the sugar and salt. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and slowly beat in evaporate milk. Spread in glass casserole dish.

Mix together flour and brown sugar. Ass in melted butter and combine until smooth. Spread over the sweet potato mixture.

Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until topping is bubbling and browned.
