32 large marshmallows or 3C mini-marshmallows
1/2 C milk
1/4 C creme de menthe
3 Tbsp white creme de cacao
1 1/2 C chilled whipping cream
Green food coloring
Chocolate cookie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Heat marshmallows and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly just until marshmallows melt.
Chill until thickened.
Blend in liqueurs.
In chilled bowl beat cream until stiff.
Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Add 2-3 drops of green food coloring. Pour over crust.
If desired, garnish with grated semi-sweet chocolate.
Chill at least 3 hours.
