1 lb hamburger
1 med onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans
1 can (15 oz) niblet corn
2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can (32 oz) whole or diced tomatoes

Toppings:
Sour cream
Grated Cheese
Corn Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions. Drain fat.
Add all remaining ingredients, but do not drain canned items. Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve in bowls -- top with grated cheese, sour cream corn chips.

This recipe is very forgiving -- I can double, triple, even quadruple this recipe -- and the pot is always empty at the end of the meal! OR, add more beans; 2-3 different kinds of beans, etc.

This is best with NO BEANS! ~ Mark
