2 pheasant breasts (cut into bite size pieces)
1/3 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 c water
peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in shallow pan. Mix flour, salt and set aside. Mix vinegar and baking powder. Stir together vinegar mixture with water into flour mixture until smooth. Dip pheasant into mixture; allow excess batter to drip off. Fry in oil and serve with you favorite sauce.
