Mix following ingredients in a quiche/pie pan:

Artichoke hearts (cut up, drained from a 15 oz can of artichokes in water)
Spinach, thawed (1 small box of frozen, chopped)
about 2 cups parmesian cheese ( 1 green can)
about 2 cups LIGHT Best Foods Mayo



Directions:
Directions:
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes.. till brown on top..
Serve with crackers or cut up french bread.
