2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion
1 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 quart tomatoes
12 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 squirt catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1 - Brown ground beef with small chopped onion, 1 cup diced celery, salt and pepper. I put the onion and celery in the food chopper) Drain.
Step 2 - Combine 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice and 3 cups cold water in covered saucepan. Bring to a boil Remove and let stand until the water is absorbed.
Step 3 - Place all of the above in dutch oven. Add 1 quart tomatoes, blended, 1 12 oz can tomato sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, and a squirt of catsup.
Step 4 - Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
