1 lb uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and split and spread open
1/2 lemon, juiced (about 2 tbps,)
1-2 tbsp. sherry (like Harvey's Bristol Cream)
Stuffing;
2 c bread crumbs
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 lemon juiced (about 2 tbsp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place the shrimp in a 9x13 buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sherry. Allow to sit while making the stuffing.
For stuffing, combine all of the stuffing ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the shrimp. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400º. Do not over bake. Serve immediately
