1/4 C Sugar
1 C Sugar
8 eggs
1/2 t Cinnamon
2 C Bread, (I buy Hawaiian) cut in 1/2 in cubes
1/4 C Butter,melted
1/3 C Raisins
1 qt 1/2 & 1/2
1 Vanilla Bean, split

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Combine 1/4 C sugar and cinnamon and toss with bread, melted butter and raisin in a large bowl. Toss to coat well and spread into a greased pan. Wisk egg lightly. Bring cream 1 C sugar and vanilla bean to a boil in a sauce pan. Remove bean and cool. Slowly whisk cream mixture into eggs. Pour over bread mix in pan.

Bake 35 -40 minutes until golden brown
