5 - 10 Tomatillos (depending on size)
1 Jalapeno
1/4 Bunch Cilantro
1/4 Onion
Salt to taste

Peel tomatillos and remove stem from jalepeno and boil until soft. Place all ingredents in a food processor (water can be added to thin if needed) blend.

This recipe came from Esther Duran in San Antonio. It can be used for chips but I really like it with chicken and turkey. Adjust the hotness by adding more or less peppers. I like to blend it so some of the cilantro and onion is still chunky.
