1/2 lb Butter
2 - 3 oz packages Cream Cheese
2 C Flour

Filling
1 lb Brown Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten
3 T Butter, melted
1 C Pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredents together like a pie dough. divide into 25 - 30 pieces. If you are pressing them by hand chill 1 hour. If you use a plunger you can skip this step. Press each ball into a well greased mini muffin tin. (I wouldn't even use a tin that was not teflon).

Filling
Mix all ingredients together. Fill shells about 3/4 of the way up. Put a whole pecan on top if desired.

Bake 350º for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 250º and continue baking for 10 - 15 minutes.
