1 pound top round steak cut into small cubes
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, diced
2 beef bouillon
3 cup water
1 Tabl. veg. oil
elbow macaroni
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until soft, add steak and brown. Cook celery separately until nearly tender.
Add celery and water cooked in steak simmer with 2 bouillons and 1 cup water. Thicken slightly, add to cooked macaroni.
