1/3 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg beaten
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork

sauce
20 oz. pineapple chunks (drain but save juice)
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tbl. corn starch
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup pineapple juice (from pine.chunks)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1 minced garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl mix 1/3 cup pineapple juice, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder. Add egg and meats. Mix well and form into 1" balls. Place into a baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 25 mins.
Next in a medium pan mix sauce ingredients together and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbley Add chunks of pineapple and then pour over meatballs.
