2 cups butter or margarine
7 cups flour
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp soda
2 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
3/4 stick margarine
3 oz cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1 - Mix together like pie crust: 2 cups butter or margarine, 7 cups flour, 1 tsp salt.
Step 2 -In a separate bowl Beat 4 eggs. Add 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tsp soda, and 2 tsp vanilla.
Step 3 - Combine all above ingredients. Divide into 4 parts. Chill before rolling out.
Step 4 - Roll ot to 1/8 inch thickness, using enough flour so the dough doesn't stick. Cut into desired shapes with Christmas cutters. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Step 5 - Frost with: 3/4 stick margarine, 3 oz. cream cheese (cream together with electric mixer). Add 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and enough hot water to make spreading consistency.
