1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups bread stuffing cubes
1 small onion chopped
4 cups chopped chicken or turkey cubed
1 can water chestnuts sliced
1 green pepper chopped
1 pkg shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and mayonnaise, then remaining ingredients. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan and top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until hot though.
