1/2 C White Corn Syrup
1 C Sugar
1 t Water
1 C Raw Peanuts
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Butter
1 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix syrup, sugar & water in a mixing bowl and cover with a paper towel. Cook 3 minutes on high remove from microwave. Add peanuts & cook 5 1/2 minutes more on high. Add baking soda, vanilla, butter and salt and mix well.
Spread on a well buttered cookie sheet and let cool.

While working at Coventry I was making peanut brittle the old fashioned way and Bernadine Ehman (my favorite lady) showed me how to do it like this. Sooooooo much easier and hers tasted better too.
