1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 cup white sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/4 cup water, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

1. Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, water, eggs and water. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Dot the mixture with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 1 hour.
