2 gallons tomatoes (unpeeled and cut up)
6 medium onions (chopped coarsely)
1/2 cup canning salt

1 bunch of chopped clery
2 bellpeppers (cut finely)
1 jar jalapeno pepper (cut finely)
1 jar banana peppers (cut finely)
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Place first three ingredients in lage container and let stand for a minimum of 2 hours.
Pour off all liquid and squeeze rest of liquid out with your hands.
Place tomato/onion pulp in kettle.
Add remaining ingredients to kettle.
Heat all above to boiling.
Place in jars & process 1/2 half hour
