1 can green giant Mexicorn (drained)
1 cup mayonnaise (you can use light)
1 cup Monterey jack cheese ,shredded
2-3 fresh chopped jalapeños or you can use canned if you can't find fresh.
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Chop jalapeños( don't use seeds, they are very hot)and mix in with the corn, mayonnaise and cheese. Put into a 1 qt. oven proof baking dish and bake at 375º until bubbling and starting to brown. About 30-40 mins.
