Crust:
1 yellow cake mix minus 2/3 cup set aside for filling
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter

Filling:
2/3 cup yellow cake mix
1 1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz. white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º and grease a 9"x13" pan.

Crust:
For crust combine ingredients in a medium bowl and press into pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. While crust is baking, prepare filling.

Filling:
Combine all ingredients except walnuts and white chocolate chips in the same bowl you mixed crust in.
Beat at low speed for 3 minutes.
Stir in walnuts and bake for 35-40 minuets or until filling is set.
Cool completely before cutting. I usually top with white chocolate that I have melted, after I cut the bars so they look nicer.
