1 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. unpopped kernels

Directions:
Directions:
Pop popcorn kernels. Set aside. In large saucepan, combine butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring CONSTANTLY. Boil for 5 minutes, DO NOT STIR. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda. Mix well. Pour over popcorn. Stir to coat. Place coated popcorn in large greased baking pan. Bake at 275º for one hour stirring every 15 minutes. Dump onto waxed paper. Let cool.

This is a large recipe. I bake the popcorn in two large foil turkey-roasting pans.
