5 Cups Flour
2 1/2 cup lard (3 cups if using Crisco)
1 tsp salt
Add later:
enough water to make a good dough
1 egg
1-2 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, lard and salt. Mix well. Put in airtight container in refrigerator. Use when wanted...just add enough water to make a good dough and then mix in 1 egg and vinegar.
