Ingredients: Brownies 4 squares Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate 3/4 cup butter 2 cups granulated sugar 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup flour
Peanut Butter Layer 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate Glaze 4 square Baker's Semi-sweet Baking Chocolate 3 tablespoons butter

Directions:Brownies Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil; grease foil.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. So not over bake. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Peanut Butter Layer Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl until well blended and smooth. Spread over brownies. This is very stiff at first, but once you begin spreading gently it spreads more smoothly.
Chocolate Glaze Microwave chocolate and butter in small microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Lift out of pan onto cutting board and cut into squares. |
