1 head of garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the top off garlic and place garlic in a garlic roaster.

Drizzle olive oil on top and roast garlic in the roaster for about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Once done, squeeze cloves of garlic into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Spread on bread, steak or chicken.
