3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn meal
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups finely chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 6 ingredients, stir in enough water for a thick batter mix. Mix in onions and drop by teaspoon into hot grease. Flatten patties slightly as you turn them. Fry to golden brown.
