1 large head romaine lettuce
1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, coddled
1/4-1/3 olive oil
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Cracked pepper to taste
1 T anchovy paste
Croûtons

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Juice the lemon into a bowl. Remove seeds. Crack coddled egg (to coddle egg-boil for 1 min. in shell, remove and let cool to room temp) into bowl. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, pepper and olive oil. Mix or shake well. Store in refrigerator.

Wash lettuce and break into bite-size pieces. Dry and place in large salad bowl. Add croûtons and Parmesan to taste, top with dressing, adding half, and then a little more to your liking. Serve.
