Maryland Crab Soup Recipe

1 qt water
3 lb can tomatoes, quartered
1 c frozen peas or 1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp salt
1 lb crab meat
3/4 c onion, diced
3 pieces of chicken
8 oz frozen corn
1 c potatoes, diced
1 tbsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
1/3 tsp lemon pepper
3/4 c celery, chopped
optional 1/2 t red pepper

Cover water and chicken in soup pot; simmer low for 1 to 2 hours. Add vegetables and seasonings. Cook over medium - low heat for 1 hour. Add crab meat; cover and simmer until ready to eat. Makes 8 servings. If more spiciness is desired, add more seasonings.
