3 cups cubed poached boneless, skinless
chicken breast
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup cubed sweet pickles
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the chicken , onion,
celery, and pickles.
2. In another bowl, stir the yogurt powder, and
pepper together.
3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and blend
well.
4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 1
hour, to allow flavors to develop, before
serving. Serves 4.
