Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cups of white potatoes, peeled, cooked, and
cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup sliced scallions (green onions)
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 Tablrdpoon finely chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients,
mixing well.
2. Chill in thr refrigerator for at least 2 hours,
to allow flavors develo, before serving.
Serves 4.
