1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
3 stalks celery, cut in 2 inch diagonals
1 green pepper, peeled and cut into strips
2 carrots, peeled and cut into diagonal slices
2-3 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 oz. Parmesan cheese, shaved

Directions:

Arrange vegetables on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
