Artichoke Appetizer Recipe

2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
5 eggs
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 tsp oregano
3 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbl Parsley, minced

Preheat oven to 325.

Drain artichokes, set aside and place liquid in a small saute pan. Saute onion and garlic in the reserved oil.

Beat together the eggs, bread crumbs and oregano.

Combine artichokes, sauteed ingredients, cheese and parsley. Place in a greased 13X9 pan.

Bake for 30 minutes.
