2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Carmelize 2 tbsp sugar
Add 1/2 cups pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in small jar. In small teflon coated saute pan,melt sugar. When sugar is liguid,stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Slowly coat pecans and pour onto aluminum foil to cool.

This dressing and pecans are good over greens with green onions, fresh strawberries or pears.
