1/2 c dry bread crumbs
14 c plus 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
paprika
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c milk
1/4 c butter, melted
1 small clove garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip each breast in milk and dredge in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine butter, garlic and lemon juice; drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or tender.
