1 cp Gold Medal Flour,
1 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Pepper,
1/4 tsp Paprika,
2 1/2 to 3 lb frying Chicken pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika in paper or plastic bag. Shake 3 or 4 pieces of chicken at a time in bag to coat thoroughly.
2- Starting with meaty pieces, place chicken in heavy skillet in hot vegetable oil, 1/2 to 1 inch deep.
3- Cover; cook 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat. Remove cover, reduce heat, and keep turning chicken til all pieces are browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
