In a 9x13 pan:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix and press in bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix and fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread over first layer and chill 2 hours.

2 small pkg. butterscotch pudding (instant)
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix and spread over second layer

Spread remaining cool whip over top and sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans, chill and serve.
