6 Pork Chops
3 to 4 unpeeled apples, cored and sliced
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Place apple slices in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar; dot with butter. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
