1(8 oz) cream cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c dry sherry
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tsp of red pepper
1 lb backfin crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the crab meat. Fold in the crab meat and bake at 300º for approximately 25 minutes. Sprinkle about 2 to 3 tbsp of shredded cheese and bake until it is melted and then serve hot with crackers or small pieces of toasted french bread.
