2 cups flours
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-8oz. crushed pineapple(undrained)
1 cup walnuts
2 cups chopped bananas

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Combine dry ingredients, add eggs and oil, stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas. Do not whip.
Bake 350º for 35-40 minutes in greased and floured pan or use Pam in 9"x13" pan.
Frosting:
1-8oz. cream cheese-softened
1/2 stick butter
1 box confectionary sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat cream cheese and butter til smooth, add confectionary sugar and vanilla. Beat for 3-4 minutes. Spread on completely cooled cake.
Refrigerate
