Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound box elbow macaroni
1/4 cup milk (any kind)
1 can peeled plum tomatoes
8 oz. package of extra sharp cheddar cheese (any kind)
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Start by boiling water in which to cook the macaroni. Once the macaroni is done, drain in a colander. Using a loaf pan, put a small amount of milk and some juice from the tomatoes in the bottom. Place a layer of macaroni, a layer of tomatoes and a layer of cheese. Continue until you have filled the loaf pan. Pour the remaining milk over the casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in a 350 degree over for about 45 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

Any milk can be used - low fat, 2%, whole milk even half and half. Cheddar is the best choice - mild, sharp or extra sharp, but Monterey Jack works as well.

Serve with a salad and warm rolls for a wonderful supper.
