48 oz jar Northern Beans, 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cooked and diced into bite size pieces), 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups salsa thick and chunky, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 T of ground cumin.

I often make this on a Saturday during the fall or winter. I freeze the leftovers in one cup containers. It's a quick meal to grab out of the freezer. I like to use fresh ground cumin. It seems to have more of a "bite" to it.
