1 1/2 lb. hamburg
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup onion
1 egg
tsp. garlic powder

Sauce:
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup ketchup
2 TBL vinegar
2 TBL brown sugar
2 TBL soy sauce
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Make meatballs and fry them up. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over cooked meatballs (in pan)and simmer til hot and bubbly. Serve over rice or noodles.
Can add a little water to thin out sauce if need be.
