1 C oatmeal
1/2 C flour
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C butter
3 C diced fresh rhubarb
1 T cinnamon
1/4 t salt
1 T sugar
1 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix:
Oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly mixture. Place 1/2 of it into 8" greased cake pan.

Mix:
Rhubarb, cinnamon, salt, sugar and water. Pour into cake pan over crust mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 of crumb mixture.

Bake at º350 for 45 minutes till bubbly

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
