1 c raisins
7 c soft bread crumbled up
2 sticks margarine
1 c chopped white onion
2 cloves garlic
1 c chopped celery
3 c diced tart apples
1/4 c chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Put 1 cup of raisins in boiling water. Let them boil for 5 minutes. Drain well. Add raisins to about 7 cups soft bread crumbs crumbled up or torn apart. Melt 2 sticks margarine and saute onions, chopped garlic, and celery. Add this to the bread crumbs with apples and parsley and a dash of salt. Place in a casserole dish. Over the top sprinkle paprika. Cook for 45 minutes.
