3 Cups Flour
1 1/3 Cup Shortening
1 tsp salt
1 egg
6 TLB Water
1 TLB Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, shortening and salt. Cut into nice fine mixture. Mix egg, vinegar, and water together and add to flour mixture. Roll out ...trying not over work. It will be more tender the less you work with it. Roll in large circle and carefully pick up and place in empty pie tin. Carefully mold to fit tin. Prick dough with fork on bottom and sides. Pinch along top by pushing index finger on left hand into dough being help by thumb and index finger on right hand. Cook at 350º until golden brown. Take our of oven and cool.
