Stir Constantly in pan over VERY low heat
TO MELT IN MICROWARE OVEN:
Unwrap, break in half and place in microwavable dish. Heat at HIGH until almost melted, 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stirring once. Stir until smooth.
STORING:
Keep in cool place. At high temperatures, chocolate grays in color, since cocoa butter has risen to the surface. But neither flavor nor quality is impaired.
